It has been my misfortune to deal with this agency for the last 7 months and I will not be using them again. They do indeed take 25% commission and are useless at negotiation pay increases. Their website portal for entering timesheets is temperamental and when it causes issues with payment, they couldn't be less interested in sorting it out.

Do not use them if you have a choice!
