I contacted Hays because our company needs a number of temporary employees to man a stand at an exhibition. When I rang Hays I was consecutively given 4 different phone numbers and told I had called the 'wrong department' despite having been given that number by the last Hays employee I spoke to. The customer service was appalling, they really did not seem even slightly interested in my enquiry. I definitely would not recommend them to handle such an important aspect of by business based on lack of interest they have shown in my enquiry.
