They are useless!!! I have used a few recruitment agencies who are very good BUT HAYES IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I have sent in my resume and interest on a couple of jobs in different locations and have NEVER had a return email or a consultant call back. When I did get through to someone in the office she simply said, "well did you register online" - yes I had...and I am still waiting for a return call...
