Incompetent staff; rude on the telephone and half the time have no idea what they're talking about. Have sent me off to interviews after providing incorrect job descriptions (So interview was a complete waste of time).

Have not assisted in any way shape or form with the job hunt; and have actually told me that I don't have 'relevant experience' for jobs that are effectively a summarised version of my CV. You begin to question if they ever read what you send them.

Do yourselves a favour, save your time and use another recruitment agency.
