I would just like to say how much of a good service BMS have given me to find my current role. Both the two guys I dealt with  really took their time to understand what I was looking for in my career development. There was no pressure when they proposed job opportunities to me, but only to make sure I would be 100% happy and committed to go for it. Communication was always on point, either one way or another they would always get back to me to keep me updated. And for whatever reason if I was unsuccessful, they would also provide feedback.
