BMS are stuck in the dark ages of recruitment- the days are gone when candidates have time to come into the offices for a meeting with consultants- Better recruiters like Howard Jackson and CD Sales have moved with the times and interview via the phone or skype and use technology to gain advantage over its competitors. Very badly organised company, rude arrogant staff who think they know it all and never return calls or emails, they obviously prioritise who's worthy of a call or who is placeable, everyone else goes in the reject bin. BMS has a bad reputation in the industry for poor recruitment standards and professionalism. It's said that people only leave negative feedback if they've had a bad experience, this isn't the case. It's no wonder the business is struggling- stay well clear!!!!
