This ranks as my worst ever shopping experience,Failed to deliver item on three occasions no customer care just blame carrier or the customer for entering incorrect address etc without checking order details. Still failed to deliver item after eleven days of ordering,asked me too pay for redelivery of non delivery from them.They then asked for amount to be paid before sending the item they had failed to deliver on three occasions. They appear to have an attitude of "who cares" its only an annoying customer,Please consider my review of this instance of extremely poor customer care and read the other comments shared on reviews for VIP before you deal with this company .MY VIEW AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!.

I returned my new battery as it only worked intermittently. I had to pay £2.05 postage and queue up at the post office. I received it back a week later with a note saying no fault was found! Why would I go to the trouble of returning it and paying postage if it worked properly!

I stopped smoking 2 years ago and switched to ecigareetes. At first I was ordering online and then I switched to VIP to support the local market. I have had nothing but trouble from these products. Every clearomiser I have bought has broken within the month. The first time I returned one they told me there was nothing they could do as I had no receipt, so I bought another one. They told me to come back if I noticed it acting up....that was March 20th. I came back on April 21st, ( was acting up for several days but i couldn't get to the store before that date) with receipt and original packaging and was told they could do nothing as it was over 28 days since the product was purchased DESPITE the fact that the product is supposed to last months! I rang their customer service who told me they would get back to me buy the end of the week, and they never came back to me. I have since found a supplier down the road who really know their product, sold me a clearomiser for 6 instead of 16, and sells eliquid for 4.00......far better service!! I would advise anyone to stay away from VIP and just do a bit of research about other suppliers around their are. Not Impressed!!

I have to say ive been purchasing from vip for 3 years and i have never had any problems. my orders arrive quickly. One order they sent me was wrong and i got a replacement the next day! I find the staff courteous and helpful. 5 stars from me!!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago... They took the money that same day and I have tried to contact them ever since as my order has not been delivered and I received no confirmation from them! They have ignored me so technically have stole my money! Do not order from this company.... I just wish I would have read these reviews before I did!

I purchased an e-cig from this company and when I come to use the 'clearomizer'I found it was leaking, on looking closer I noticed it was broken and leaked the liquid everywhere! I contact VIP and was told they would not replace it as it was a 'consumable' item! I'd not even used it! Poor customer service and very rude response, will not be using this company again! I've only given them one star because I had too, I would have given them minus 5 if I could.

I have currently been stopped smoking for 5 months now and in fairness I have been using the vip ecig, but I have have the vip brand a lot of chances firstly my battery broke and customer service would not change it then I bought new clearomisers and they were already broke and they would not exchange those either, the other things I found with the battery's the charge did not last long at all and the e liquid leaked a lot so you got the nicotine in your mouth ! So would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Hi there, I have already logged a problem with citizen advice who reported them to trading standard. you might want to email them too but they say the company has to provide a replacement as you have at least year warranty and if you don't get luck speak to your bank for charge back. Ideally they should sort this out but if no joy speak to citizen asap

So been looking for decent product for a while, bought this and was completely disappointed. The Kit which was on offer cost £20 with the battery and two clearomizers..well when I received the kit one of the clearomizers didn't work straight away and the other only lasted a week. Sent them back paying for postage, the customer service manager who seems to be the only person working for this company never admits any fault with the product. Anyway they sent me two more and one again doesn't work and the other lasted me a week or so! Again when you speak to this guy he tells me that no one else has problems!!! So I sent him this link and he didn't comment! So don't bother with this product because I know antoher friend who had problems with this, get a liberty flight which is a much better product I bought this kit whilst VIP was sorting out their acts!I will also make an enquiry with the consumer rights site to see if I can really get my money back...this product may not even be safe to use!

First issue I have had with VIP since using them 2 years ago. Ordered my goods and got them the next day as usual however had an issue with a Clearomizer not connecting to my battery. Spoke with a very helpful Customer Service Manager via email who I also spoke with on the phone. He explained what had happened with the product and why the fault may have occurred and replaced it for me with the new Clearomizer range. Took me a few days to get used to it but certainly loving it now! I love the fact that these guys are based in the UK and everything about them is also home based....would recommend these to any Ecig user!! Great work and Great speedy service!

You must be the only one because everyone else had really bad experience like me , am just in process of writing to citizen advice and getting trading standards involved...this company is a rip off...I don't even believe this review is genuine!

Did an order last week for liquid and a pack of clearomizers. Received order two days later And had a different pack of clearomizers then ordered. Phoned up and was told these where the "new and improved clearomizers" Was also told they would work exactly the same…. Oh no they won't! Used one and got no flavour and little throat hit, tried it all weekend And no joy. Phoned Monday to try and sort it out and got some Idiot who called himself a Customer Services Manager lol, telling me that they can't change it because I had used it Even though I was told it was a better product and would work the same….. 5mins of arguing and getting nowhere I told him where to go! Don’t use this company they are lying, money grabbing idiots who won't help or admit when they are wrong.

Brought a Photon battery the large 1300mAh version from one of their outlets (Flying Horse Walk, Nottingham) after a couple of hours use the button started getting stuck, the only way to release the button was to unscrew the atomiser from the battery. Now it has been reported through the media at how dangerous these batteries can be, so I would consider that a battery unit that gets stuck on position to be quiet dangerous. On returning the photon battery to the above outlet they said they would test it over 24 hours. I returned the next day to be told that there was nothing wrong with it. Now i'm stuck with a worthless battery. Never had any problems with this outlet before, but it looks like they have changed ownership and now have two clueless bimbos running it. I'll now be heading to my local council for some consumer advice.

I was quite happy with my VIP photon tank to begin with but the quality of their products has gone way down. Over the last 3 months I have had to purchase 3 new batteries and chargers as they get stuck in the charger. The last 12 clearomisers have all leaked, sometimes immediately or after a couple of days use. I complained by e-mail but like so many other reveiwers I got nowhere and was told it was probably my fault. I feel angry and disillusioned and am now looking for an alternative. I pity anyone who starts out with them now.

Hi bought VIP cig pack battery kept running out after 10mins and liquid leaked constantly over myself and the battery read all instructions and kept doin it. Unfortunately had said to my sister I bought one and she did too she has has same problems and had thrown hers as her battery kept burning when she charged it..very dangerous phoned customer helpline rude man basically said tough luck do not use laura x

Battery broke after 6 weeks of light usage despite claims that battery life is 2-3 months. Was unable to contact VIP via their website so called their 0844 number only to be told that the warranty was 28 days. No apology or offer of replacement which is annoying to say the least, considering I've spent pounds on sundries which are now redundant as I refuse to purchase anything else from them.

VIP do not know the meaning of customer service. They refuse to acknowledge that any of their products could be faulty. the clear VIP Clearomizers are of very poor quality and leak all the time they last about one wk.

It's ridiculous as I have paid a fortune since the 1st of Feb 14, I bought a whole kit of V.I.P E-Cig from Queensmere shopping centre in Slough since then I've had faulty batteries and clearmizors. I contacted VIP customer services and have been fobbed off, by being told to take the faulty products back to the stall I bought them off. Yet when I take my faulty products back to the stall. I'm told sorry can't replace it as its damaged and not faulty. I am fuming with anger as the guy I emailed this morning who is a partner in this buisness and I was just fobbed off by him. I said I wanted compensating but still fobbed off go back to the stall. Terrible faulty batteries and clearmizor's. Don't buy this product as their customer service is so unprofessional and you end up spending more money than normal cigerettes. They don't care about Customer care but just about ripping people of like myself and all they are bothered about is making money.

Im v worried about my vip E-cig as the battery keeps coming on when its not being used and stays on for short period after i take a pull. As a result battery is either dead in v short time or else tip gets toO hot. I live in ireland and this was bought in the uk as present so i obviously cant return it. could it be fire hazard. WHATS THE BEST WAY FOREWARD. Advice please as i dond want to bin it. Have only one used tip left and no point in getting any more till i get this sorted. Is there any point in returning it in original packaging.
