When I went to see him at the clinic I was desperate for this to work as I have wanted to quit for about half a year but have been unable to do so. Since the session I have found it impossible to imagine myself able to smoke - the thought is repulsive! I have had a few moments where I have thought "what I would usually do now is smoke" but the actual desire has completely gone. In the session we talked for an hour about my smoking habit and then I had the hypnotherapy. In all honesty I thought I remembered the entire session and despite him telling me to relax I did not feel relaxed or able to switch off and was therefore convinced it had not worked...but in spite all my negative thinking and doubts it really has worked!!!! It has now been three weeks and I feel amazing!! If you want to quit do not wait for the "right" time because there will never will be a right time and you will never feel completely ready - I urge you to book a session with him, it is the best money I have ever spent. Invest in yourself, invest in your future!!
