All you'll ever need from Birth

Two years ago when expecting our first child and intent on buying a Mamas&Pappas Luna I used this site as a last minute guide on buggies, I found it had negative feedback therefore opted for the XLR.

We wanted a reasonably priced buggy/car seat package that would be ideal from birth to 4 years (How do company's justify £1000 in a recession). The XLR and Recaro Isofix car seat Package seemed like the ideal choice at around £500.00

Two years on and its performed faultlessly. My wife doesn't drive so it gets daily use, its been a fantastic buy. We are the only family that still has their original buggy (some parents are on there 5th, such a waste!) Its been all over the world. Last year on a fortunate trip to Florida we noticed countless Maclaren's which in my view speaks volumes as they are huge critics.

We've now a second child and looking at just getting a buggy board.

I wouldnt normally post a review (unless negative) however hindsight can be a great thing especially that feeling you get that after 2 years you made the right decision. (we would also recommend a Respisense)

We would suggest not bothering with the soft cot as didnt use ours (however it does double up well as a Moses basket.
