The property management provided a very bad service. The room was in bad conditions, the bed in particular was made of boxes that had collapsed, the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable, the overlay had an awful smell. The toilette was dirty and the lid broken. The dishwasher did not work. They never replied straight away to emails, often I had to send the same email twice before receiving a reply.
