Great background material on the initial cost of the property (land and dwelling) with a thorough review of the financing. Much better insight to the surrounding areas and the list of amenities that make this property valuable. Would like to have seen a little more information on the ownership trail for this property and turnover events. The info on the physical building was right on the mark. The offer at the end of the web interaction to speak with an agent was outstanding and provided additional information. I would use this service again.

I was expecting more information on the history of the property, the description of the ownership, and the status of the land taxes history. there is also missing structures that are not included

Being familiar with much of the free information from mostly Real Estate web sites. This Property report found information from multiple sites to fill in descriptions. Also the most direct information from public records and owners input data is used. Property Tax and Ownership information is missing. Information that doesn't help prospective buyers beyond just a curiosity. Bank lean information is also excluded. I haven't seen this information on any other websites. Information is more accurate because it found owner input data and a accurate public record source. Overall it satisfies what is purchased property information. relatively good information more accurate than the free ones. Can rest little easier no big surprises are hidden.

Pros - Great information for property interested in buying. Love the current title holder/mortgage information that is attached with this report. This is a check point to see if the MLS and this report has the same information. Cons - the "almost there", "stop" points before actually getting to the final report. Should advise the $1 fee prior to inputting the property information.

This is a great way to find out how to rate the property before you buy it and how to look at all the problems with the house that is not on the property sheet in order to get a cheaper price on the sale.
