Sequence Homes accounts department has carried forward rent from my property let for repairs on instructions from property manager Nariah Iffil. I tried to speak to accounts department whom directed me to Nariah. The repairs payment was paid by bank transfer acknowledged by the Sequence. Informed Nariah by telephone with a promise to call back I never received call back. Since than called back again today and Nariah was lunch I left a message for her to call me back again no call or email explaining why the money has been carried forward.
I am left without the rent.
