I implore you not to use this company, Premier Property Lawyers. They also go under the names - Q- Quinton; eWay; Edgecote. One star is one too many. They do not respond to e mails, telephone calls, voice messages or any other form of communication. Selling our home has been the most stressful thing we have ever done due to their incompetence and total lack of customer care. Our conveyancer was as much use as a chocolate teapot. We only got the money from the sale of our home after I threatened to drive to their head office in Enderby and deliver information they already had.
Awful experience.

If you were their client , you gave grounds for making an official complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. We can’t because it was our buyer using them and they nearly derailed a 4 property chain because of their incompetence. I called the Legal Imbudsman and the conveyancing regulator CLC and they didn’t want to know. Never mind that PLP is clearly bringing their profession into disrepute.
