The person I dealt with was fantastic and kept us informed throughout what turned out to be a very difficult acquisition. The landlord appointed a london law firm to act on their behalf but he was undeterred and went on to win the case at tribunal, setting a precedent for obstructive landlords. His knowldge of the RTM proces is far superior to any property solicitor out there and they charge a very reasonable fixed fee.

If you are consiidering the right to manage these are the people to use. You wont regret it and the savings are enormous. We saved 6k in year one and are so pleased to have moved away from a corporate freeholder with the sole intention of extracting as much cash as possible from freeholders.
