This bunch of charlatans have one objective; to screw ridiculous fees out of people without any justification. They do so without incurring any costs or meeting their obligations as freeholder. Avoid them unless you have a lawyer in the family.

They are a disgusting company - I see they are now on social media. Very brave of them. Spread the word to make people aware of their rights.
