I've had more than a few urban addresses. In my experience Parkgate Aspen is unusual and admirable. They share and they inform. They give detailed statements of expenses. Their concern for tenants first is evident.The way their representatives remain level and honest, especially in big properties bound to contain some habitually fractious tenants is a marvel in the big city!

This is utter nonsense. They do not answer calls or emails and everybody on the block says that. Then they say that there is an issue with the fire escape and a flat burns down shortly afterwards. So strange.

Have you not noticed that all these 'amazing' reviews came in within a month of the terrible one.

I know Parkgate Aspen and they are aggressive and lack any customer service.

They struggle to understand basic management principles
