Wrote to the CEO to complain about the dire service and the fact they never respond to any letters. You would expect that the matter would be then dealt with someone with a brain. But of course this is Countrywide and it gets dealt with by another imbecile, who eventually just doesn't bother replying.
Customer service is non-existent. She has clearly lost control of this company or just doesn't care.
