It Worked Well At First But The Head Of The Main T
It worked well at first but the head of the main tool quickly fills up with dust/hair/whatever. Once it is clogged it is impossible to properly clean because it has so many small, moving parts inside the main tool Now that it has lost almost all suction, the machine is basically useless.

After a couple of months of using this LG VKC902HTM I lost suction in the main carpet tool, there was no blockage. After several Emails to LG they informed me that I would have to purchase a new tool (my vacuum is 6months old) as tools are not covered by warranty. The vacuum is pretty useless without the main tool, and i can not use the vacuum for which it was purchased, cleaning carpets! Will not by any LG products again!

The Lg Vkc902htm Is A Fabulous Vacuum - Absolutely
The LG VKC902HTM is a fabulous Vacuum - absolutely terrific on hardwood floors - easy action - easy clean - the best hoover I have ever owned (I have had 8 different ones and this is the best).
