123CotactForms Stripe integration is not 100% complete as we have found out after purchasing.

They currently do not transfer the email address to Stripe therefore customers do not receive a receipt after the payment is made. This can be achieved by going into Stripe and manually sending a receipt but the reason we go down the integrated path is so life is easier not harder.

This issue was confirmed 31/10/2015.

i was looking for an online form builder for our new wix website and i found these guys and created a free account and then played with it for about an hour and then got on live chat and their support helped me find everything i needed including how to collect payments in the form in SSL mode!!! this is amazing, the pricing is fair and they even helped me set the form up and test it for me.

123Contact Form link to pricing continually kicks me back to log on page. Unable to upgrade my account to accommodate PayPal access. No customer support for 2 business days. ! Not liking this at all.

We have used other Form Building products, but this is the easiest to use, by far. It has more features than most others, and they are easy to implement.

The service is outstanding. Service is key. They respond back when you send a request, and I even found them sending me messages about some elements in my form that needed correcting, and I never even asked them to look.

While price is always a factor, it is not the final decision maker, but their price is also...the best.

I was so surprised on how easy it was to use the 123 Contact Form. It is extremely flexible and with a very reasonably priced upgrade of less than a cup of coffee a month I had so much more to work with.

I encountered a user based problem and contacted their customer support. As I am in Australia I did not hold much hope with regard to a reply as the website hosting I am using, uses generic answers and I thought for the price I am paying for this app I would be lucky to hear from them. Obviously we are a little ahead on the world clock but within a few hours I had a reply to my question.

The support staff were friendly, informative and extremely helpful and worked with me to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend this app for someone looking for a Form Submission app.
