paid 5pounds for this card. the day it arrived i rcd an email to say charging me 1.99 pm fee. i chose this card as charge-free. to call them for a refund costs 1pound per call !! avoid...unless happy to pay charges not in adverts.

I ordered a card which took one month to come after using it for 3 to 4 weeks they blocked my card and after contacting them they asked me to provide identification sent them with the email which they provided after sending them 100 time still saying they haven’t recieved it then used my wife email incase something wrong with mine still saying haven’t recieved it then spoke to them on phone and gave me postal adress where i sent all my orignal documents with fist class recorded delivery which they received on 23rd of December and they still saying they haven’t recived my documents Result i lost all my orignal documents wasted time and money on my calls as when we call them they charge £1 each time so i rang them about 20 times as i was worried about my orignal documents

I wanted a prepaid (debit) card to use just online for security reasons. Optimum pushed the buttons for me- its part of a large group (360money) and although it charges £5 for the card I feel just getting a `free` card wasn`t for me. They charge £1 for ringing them but I can`t really see how you would need to ring them anyway. Theres no such thing that a `free lunch`. The application is easy - the comms are good. The card came within the week and was easy to activate it. Works as a normal card in ATM`s. Have used it online a few times and all is ok. When logging in the site is clear and very usable.
