If you read your terms and conditions and actually read through the website before you apply, you wouldn't be so surprised. This account is a self servicing account and that they actually don't process instant payments. Whenever I have dealt with customer services they have been nothing but pleasant, polite and helpful and do their best within what they are given to work with. I suppose if you are going to phone with an attitude then don't be surprised when you receive an attitude right back. Manners cost nothing and rudeness gets you nowhere. Only thing I would like to see come into the future is outbound transfers done over a weekend, rather than having to wait all weekend but hey I can live with it
