Over the last few months I've had a number of items delivered by this company and they just don't get any better. My recent items where from Wilkinson which have YODEL as its courier, 2 sets of 4 draw cabinets. They were delivered by a driver who looked like he had just come from working a shift down a mine. Both boxes where damaged on arrival, when I opened both items they were so badly damage I had to ring Wilkinson direct to complain and return the items. So now I need to wait in all day for a collection from YODEL who can't even give you am/pm.

A message to all you good people out there, stop using the company they call YODEL.

My delivery driver looked like he'd come directly from a scrapyard, full of oil. Absolutely disgusting either way. I urge everyone to contact Trading Standards about Yodel, I need your backing. They lie and steal and worst of all the big online companies continue to use them and this loss in money for them must consequently be hitting us back in the pocket. They must be stopped!
