I admit I made a mistake by ordering a delivery UPS ground 1-5 days on a Monday. The shipment was initiated on a Tuesday in Jacksonville, FL. By Saturday morning it had arrived in Duluth, MN. Because it was the weekend, no staff are available to sort and deliver, or available for customer pickup. I now have to wait until sometime Monday for delivery.
