Lying courier driver caught out by cctv

I ordered a pair of trainers from schuh online for home delivery . Today I received an email saying the item had been delivered when it hadn't . On then tracking the item I discovered the item had been dumped at an access point no where near my home which I have no way of travelling to ! On further enquiry to my anger I further discovered the deliver driver said they tried to access my property at 119 pm yesterday , receiving no answer . I was in the entire day . I received no calling card . Also the property has a buzzer system with a services button which is active until 3 pm every day ! More importantly the property itself has 3 cctv cameras in and around the property which can not lie . Upon checking them what I knew was already confirmed , nobody from this company was even on my street never mind my front door , which one camera is directly facing ! The courier driver has clearly dumped my parcel with several others at an access point to save time and blatently lying saying people are not answering their doors . Never crossed the lying drivers mind that some people have cctv which can not be disputed and will prove how dishonest and fly you actually are . Will never ever buy from any company that uses this courier and I will tell everyone of this ordeal and warn of this company
