Arranged time off for first delivery which did not arrive, appeared on Web site as recipient not at home, I waited in all day. Customer Service explained the driver 'ran out of time' and the package would be delivered following day. Took another day off, parcel arrived.
Second delivery I received an email early afternoon the day before it was due for delivery saying it was to be delivered alter that day. I re-arranged for following day, expected delivery day and took time off again. Watched tracker all day, delivery number 99. Deliveries got to 93 at 12:30 then stopped. Item was never delivered and 'customer service' only responded once to inform me they had closed my enquiry without reply.
Easily the worst Courier choice. I now specify that suppliers not use UK Mail to deliver or I take my business elsewhere
