This company has got some serious customer service issues. First of all never delivered on day I needed package due to a delay of some sort then they were meant to reliever today between 11am and 4pm but never arrived. I rang at 5.45pm to ask what is going on to be told 'it's out on delivery still, it's not our fault if you're not in'

Well uk mail, it IS your fault because of your incompetence and poor customer service.

The saga continues as I wait for a mystery delivery
