For over 20 years I have never had a TNT delivery work first time. I decided never to personally use them ever again.Recently needed an item express delivery, ordered it online, GREAT, received my confirmation of order, delivery date, consignment number everything looked good. Then my heart sank! carrier TNT. Told my family "this will not be good" sure enough, attempts to deliver on wrong day, attempt to deliver item without it being on the vehicle, no communication from them. Still waiting! Perhaps sellers should be required to offer a choice of delivery provider? If they did I would never choose TNT
