smashed by idiots!!!

i received an extremely valuable parcel only to open it to find the contents were smashed to smitherines!!! whoever handled the parcel certainly did not show any care or respect for the customers goods and to make matters worse the customer service person tried their best to deny it but when confronted with evidence of a boot print on my parcel i was accused of lying !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!
Parcel force think more of getting all their parcels in their depots and out for delivery over actually caring about the contents of each parcel. I have personally sent 10 parcels from different UK locations and 7 out of 10 were severely damaged. You do the maths !!! this companyt are modern day butchers who wont give a damn about the contents of your parcel, or the fact that each customer is entitled to compensation. PARCELFORCE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND A STOP PUT TO ALL THE DAMAGED GOOD GENUINE PEOPLE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR. SHAME ON PARCEL FORCE. NO GOOD LYING, FAULT DENYING IDIOTS WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT COMPANY PROFITS. HOWEVER I NOW WORK IN A PARCELFORCE DEPOT IN THE MIDLANDS AND VIDEO EVERY PARCEL THAT IS KICKED, PUNCHED, SLUNG ACROSS THE WAREHOUSE, AND WILL PROVIDE ALL THE EVIDENCE GAINED TO THE APPROPRIATE INDIVIDUALS (IM NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO TELL YOU WHO YOU'RE BEING REPORTED TO. DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE INTACT !!!!!
