I paid an insurance to cover the goods that I shipped to France, unfortunately, a third of the goods were damaged (probably that the pallet fell down to the floor)< parcel2ship are messing around with the papers to provide in order to avoid paying for the damage...a real shame

Complete bunch of muppets. Web site had a 'glitch' for 2 weeks which they couldn't fix. How can an ecommerce company have a 'glitch' for 2 weeks? I have used them in the past and they were ok but they now seem to have gone downhill. I would suggest using one of the professional companies such as Parcel2go

Worked out cheapest i could find to send two parcel to two European Country's. Easy step by step instructions. Trackable and an email to tell me the parcels had arrived with customer. Will be using again.

Large plastic box sent to Greece from Uk. Arrived broken but had been sealed up again. All contents were intact.

Sent 2 parcels in last week to Spain. Both were collected on time by cheerful courier and delivered to family in Spain within 3 days for a very reasonable cost for the weights despatched. No damage to any items or packaging. Have used this service many times now since family moved and have nothing but praise for the efficiency of all concerned. Many thanks and will always recommend and use in future.

This was the second time i have used Parcel2ship, the first time was done using the help of a friend who had used the service, and i was fairly impressed at how it all went.....However this time i was Flying solo,and i must admit i was a bit worried as i really only had one chance to get it right, but having called parcel to ship for some advice on the paperwork side of it, i was made to feel at ease and Phil (whom i spoke to) was a great help as for the parcel itself, it was going from the Northern Hemesphere to the Southern Hemishere (Australia) It was picked up from me on the 3rd of april at around 16:00hrs and within 12 hours i was able to track its progress throughout its journey,at all stages of the process you could log onto parcel2ship website and go to the tracking my parcel, where after having logged in the Tracking number you will recieve by e-mail, you would then be able to view your parcels progress / Journey and its whereabouts, 6 days later i took a call from Australia to say the parcel had been Received......to say i was (am) impressed is an understatement, as far as i personally am concerned i will use parcel2ship again, and i have no hesitation in recommending their service, so if like me you were a bit uncertain about whether to use them or not, then my advice is go for it, you will not be disappointed, from Northern to Southern was easy peasy and cheap as chips

package collected 4th March for delivery to customer in Italy. On 24th customer mails to say package has not arrived. eventually get it deliverd on 26th March. Claim address not found, why can they not phone - Mail to say they have a problem

I do not know how many times I have used Parcel2Ship but it has been at least 10 times already and it might become more (depending how often I will move back and forth)! Your service is marvellous! The folks who pick up the boxes/suitcases are nice lads and any parcel is picked up/delievered as agreed upon. You are awesome and I will always use you for parcels going abroad :) Thank you again!

I recently sent a parcel to Jersey. It was collected from my home and within two days it had reached its destination. The only hold-up was its being held by customs personnel. The process was efficient and is to be hightly recommended.
