Had paid to have very important documents to be delivered was told a date,they did not show i called and was told would be the next day (BUT HAD PAID SPECIAL DELIVERY PRICE FOR SELECTED DAY)so waited another day still no show called again was told will be dropped off that night but was not DAY THREE 12.pm no delivery i called MY UK MAIL now they tell me they HAVE LOST IT!!!!! unbelievable and i don't for one minute think they did not know this on day one I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE SEND ANY OF MY DOCUMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS JUST TAKE A LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THEM BEFORE USING MY UK MAIL

Gave a 4 hour window (8-12) on a Friday and never turned up. Only foun they'd be another 4 hours after their given window end time (4pm) and turned out the original driver had passed our parcel his colleague with no indication of the time frame it was supposed to be delivered. The ultimate delivery man was utterly unapologetic. Might be fair enough if he wasn't told the time limit but at the same time this appeared to be a usual way UKMail operates: give a time window but not take it seriously. Looks like significant improvements are needed in the intra company communication as well as the commitment as a whole company to their own word. Nobody waits at home all day happily when they am be somewhere else. Give us back control of our own time. On a weekend, we want to be getting away. On weekdays, we want to get on with work. Keep to your time windows and we will trust you and take you seriously again.

total scam, they took my money then never picked up the item in question. all of there numbers are a pre recorded voice message that tell you nothing. best thing to do is contact one of the not so nice collection agents and give them the detail of this company and know someone or something is getting done.

Myukdelivery took my money and then failed to contact me about the pickup or delivery and they don’t respond my calls or emails. After 24 hours of trying to contact them, I cancelled the service. The terms and conditions state “Bookings may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking without a penalty charge”. I requested a refund, which they have not done. I still get no response to emails and the phone just goes to a recorded message. I believe this to be a shameful scam. I have reported it to Visa who are disputing the payment. I have also contacted their ISP and advised them of the scam and I shall also report it to other ‘bodies’. They should be prevented from trading. The address on the domain name registration is 13, Walnut Close, Hayes, UB3 1JH, but that may be fictitious too!

I found out their website hosting company then reported it, providing all the evidence, and information on the Web about other complaints. Their website has now been taken down, pending investigation.
You should also lodge a dispute claim with your credit card company to claim a refund. You could also report it to The Trading Standards, the Police and BBC's Watchdog.

Arranged 7 day delivery service with them, called after 7 days as I hadn't heard anything and couldn't get through. No response from emails either. Now requested a refund but I'm not hopeful of anything having read the other reviews. Awful company, must be a scam, i'm sure no company could provide such a bad service. Will be reporting them.

Do NOT, NEVER EVER use this courier,they charged me £35 for collection of a parcel and failed to collect, They do not answer phone or e-mails, can not trust them and they charged me an extra £350 for a transaction I knew nothing about, This is a terrible company STEER CLEAR VOID AT AL COSTS!!!!

I booked them to collect suitcases from Southampton Port on 2 Dec as my daughter worked on a cruise ship . As the day went on they did not show could not speak to anyone on the phone just email, had to get another courier last minute . Promised refund after 30 days but now don't answer emails. Even told me not to panic in an email. They are a bunch of con men who have no intention of carrying out the job, and should be stopped.

Quick quote £75 for collection and delivery of ebay deal. Payment made up front then nothing - no confirmation, no communication. I phoned my uk, was told the trip was 'down for that day' (19th Dec 2011). Seller informed me this did not happen. I had no response to further phone calls or emails over the next 3 days, so I cancelled the booking by email, asking for a refund. I have heard no more to date. I booked another company who were cheaper and wanted £10 deposit plus cash on delivery. My request was completed 3rd January 2012 by another company, a very smooth service. My Bank has reclaimed my £75. I had not read any reviews before placing the booking, I was taken in by the promise of next day delivery. The lack of communication was most frustrating, I was therefore not surprised when I did read other reviews as I had exactly the same experience.

They took my money. Good job I cancelled the collection of my parcel cause they have bad reviews for collecting and not delivering as well as just not collecting. I cancelled my collection and they said I could have a refund still waiting since Nov 2011. Just thought I'd do as many bad reviews as I could to warn people. They are conmen.

Did you pay on a debit card or credit card ? If you did you can do a chargeback to get your money back like I did.

No collection two weeks ago. Impossible to contact. No reply to answerphone messages or emails. I've requested my money back. But no refund and no service. I've lost £43! Do not use this company Use a real courier company.

This company took £65 off me to pick up a slide for my 5 year old daughters christmas present. They did not pick it up and had no intention of doing so, they take your money, then they lose all contact with you. They have Not refunded me as I have checked with my bank. I have reported them to Watchdog and the trading standards. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.....YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

THIS IS A WARNING Avoid my uk delivery like the plague this is my sad story of how I lost my hard earned money to them, I first contacted myukdelivery on the 22/11/11 and on this day we exchanged 7 emails between me and Becky checking details. I then contacted myukdelivery on the 25th to confirm and myukdelivery sent me a payment link on the 26/11/11 for £49 which I paid (this is 3 times the price that parcelmonkey would deliver it for but I paid to get a morning slot). I didn’t get a confirmation or even acknowledgement of payment so I emailed myukdelivery on the 27/11/11 they didn’t reply! I tried to ring myukdelivery countless times on the 29/11/11 to check they were coming but myukdelivery didn’t answer, I then emailed at 12.20 as they were meant to be with me by 1, myukdelivery replied with Hi Clive. Please email [email protected] Kind regards which I did and at 12.22 myukdelivery replied Hi James I am sorry for this. I will chase this up with the local depot now for you. Kind regards Strangely my name had changed? I replied with “Thank you but I do have to get taken to the hospital soon and my phone number” I then stayed in till 13.38 when I sent myukdelivery another email “I have stayed in an extra half hour but am going to have to rush now ! I have to tell the customer he won’t have the suspension for his car (needed for his mot) tomorrow as well aren’t I ? Unless you can collect this evening ? Yours unimpressed and my phone number again” myukdelivery emailed me back at 14.16 (bear in mind I had told them I had left for the hospital and given my phone number) to say “Hi James I am going to see what we can sort out for you. I will respond shortly. Kind regards Whilst at the hospital I rang lots of times but no answer neither did I receive a phone call so when I got back from the hospital I emailed myukdelivery at 18.37 saying “What’s happening ? You won’t answer either phone now but your voice message says you will respond in 3 hours to emails but I haven’t had any response since 14:16 ? I have paid as my bank has verified and I am waiting to hear from you so I can tell my customer what’s happening or whether I have to return his £200? Yours unimpressed Clive At 2220 on the 29/11/11 after not having had a response from myukdelivery since 14.16 I emailed saying As you will not answer the phone or respond to my emails I want a full refund for the collection you haven’t collected and feel I should be compensated for my loss of earnings and the loss of my sale and tarnishing my good reputation (check my feedback) and the fact I will have to take another day off work if I am lucky enough to sell it again. I expect to hear from you with my refund by end of business tomorrow as I have paid for a service I have not received! I received no answer from myukdelivery until after I left bad reviews for them, myukdelivery then answered me on the 1st dec saying my refund is being processed! I haven’t seen a refund over 3 weeks later and strangely when I paid it was out of my account the same day? I lost half a day’s wages waiting in for myukdelivery as well as the £49 and the sale so don’t believe the convenient good reviews that appear about them or their replies as the ones they have made about my reviews are not true. I don't expect this review to stay up long as myukdelivery keep getting my honest factual reviews removed! Yet I am hundreds out of pocket because of them and have all the emails between me and myukdelivery which I will be putting up on a blog.

I had a push bike to be shipped and contacted DHL...................... They quoted me 185.00 after working out the volumetric weight which I think is a load of Bull ! I contacted My UK delivery............. They quoted me 35.00 next day delivery !,I really have worked out how important it is to shop around and how much you can actually save by doing so. Thanks to this firm for a fantastic rate for an absolute spot on service.

I booked with this company on Friday for a next working day service the parcel arrived today two days late but it is Christmas they are very busy all of my emails were responded to although sometimes taking a while. I would use again. Please be patient with this company and understand they are very busy at the moment.

BEWARE!!! Myukdelivery.co.uk are crooks, took my money, sent no booking confirmation, did not collect the item, have not refunded my money and have lied. They will not pick up the phone and will not give me any information. I don't know how they sleep at night - stealing people's hard earned money, especially just before Christmas. If they respond to this review, don't believe a word of it. Just like all the others, they will say they have refunded the money and will lie. Pay a bit more for a reputable courier - don't be fooled by myukdelivery's low prices because they are nothing more than thieves. I will be taking this matter to consumer watchdog and the police because I am sure they have robbed many people this Christmas.

To resolve any issues with failed collections you can contact [email protected] or you can fill out the support form on our website.
Being unsure on which particular customer you are I can not give any specific information to your case to respond directly.
If you have experienced a failed collection from the carriage comapnies we use due to the christmas period then we can always reschedule the collection for you other wise if you email and cancel we will fully refund you.
If you have already done this then please allow us some time to process your refund.
I can understand if you have made a booking you feeling upset if your goods have not been uplifted but we are not a fraudulant company
