Our transport pick up was in an out of the way area which required some extra effort, support and patience. Montway's service team was on it within the 3-5 business days outlined. Overall after communicating to customer service that we would be using an alternate location for pick up, things went smoothly. Sourcing a transport that was within the quoted rate took extra time. Ultimately we did pay a bit over the quote rate. Our driver was also delayed by one day with delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. He was in contact with us via text and very responsive with communication. We are satisfied with the price, support and the safe transportation of our vehicle to us.
