This was my fist time purchasing a vehicle out of state, so i was nervous. So i got an online quote, and it was ok. I called and it was $30 cheaper, even better. So i gave them the info needed and waited for confirmations of everything moving forward. 6 days later, nothing yet about them picking up, so i sent an email out to Montway just to check up on the progress. Next day, they got someone picking it up. Then it was the long haul of 1600+ miles. I was told i would get a 12 to 24 hour notice before arriving, but on the last day of the estimated arrival time, i called the carrier in the morning, and was given the option of delivery at night or next day morning.

Not angry or anything, actually quite glad it all worked out, just a little better communication is needed in my opinion between Montway, the carrier, and customer.
