I wanted to ship my car from California to New Jersey and I was able to book the shipping in no time as the customer service representative was prompt. I got timely tracking updates which helped me know when my car would reach NJ and it did reach within the date range that I was provided. I actually got a call from the transport vehicle that it broke down at a area nearby drop down location and that I need to drive for a couple of miles to pick up my car. And he even offered a discount of 50$ for the unexpected situation. So overall I am happy with the service and I got my car back just the way I got it shipped :)..
