Sent two parcels that were delayed for over 10 days then got collected and delivered. Upon arrival, one was delivered to wrong address and the second one arrived broken. When I claimed for the broken item, they never compensated me. They claimed the parcel was oversize which was not the case because both parcels passed through their machines and were moved out of their depots.
I have lost £100 in the process, was put in embarrassing position with my customers and wasted a lot of time uselessly because of problems from their end.
Never will I use them again...
My advice, stay away

I am very sorry to read this review of the service that we have provided on this occasion.
