How does this company stay in business?
I dropped a parcel off for delivery at our local newsagents on 3rd January, 2017 (Tracking No.JJMFW6B).
The tracking information on the Collect Plus site states that the parcel 'Despatched from Warrington Depot' on 4th January.....and then absolutely nothing at all for the next 9 days when I contacted them to ask what had happened to it. I was informed that it had been lost & we would need to make a claim....and then on 14th Jan it suddenly re-emerged;;;by which time our eBay buyer had become extremely irate and demanded his money back!
On 14th Jan the parcel somehow re-emerged, but I informed Collect Plus that they may as well return it to me because my buyer simply wasn't interested anymore (due to the time delay he presumed he'd never receive the item & spent his money elsewhere).
Collect Plus then entered 'returning to sender' on their site on 14th Jan, followed by 'Delivery Attempted' on 17th Jan! After being asked to return it they attempted delivery?
To cut an extremely long story short, the parcel was FINALLY returned to me on 24th January - 3 full weeks after I had dropped it off at the newsagents. All this and we actually PAID for the privilege of being messed about by these people!
Would I use this company ever again? What do you think?
take my advice and avoid them.

My wife received an email from this company containing a half-hearted apology and on offer to refund our £7.10 with -and get this- a request that we use their services again in 'the near future'.
So, their way to 'make amends' consisted of nothing more than an attempt to persuade us to throw even more of our money away in future by trusting them to actually get things right.
How these people have the gall to actually believe that we'd EVER use their alleged service again is quite beyond my comprehension.
Stick to my advice and avoid them like the plague!
