Ordered some lovely flowers for my mum on mothers day and got an email on Saturday night saying they were on their way to me. So Sunday morning Im online tracking the parcel via the M&S website but I couldnt find the actual package on the city link website (despite using the info provided by M&S). So i phone them up and they say the package got mis scanned and was sorted to the north depot not the south one in the nearby town and couldn't be sorted and delivered til Tuesday!! Phoned up M&S to cancel the delivery, couldnt believe they couldnt fix/do anything especially as its mother's day!
