Helpful removals comparison site saved me time & money

I found this site whilst googling for a man and van to move some of my furniture out of my flat to a storage unit. I thought Id try it out not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. You have to enter the details of your job and an inventory of stuff you want moved. Within minutes (if not seconds) after submitting the job, a good number of quotes came through from different removal and man/van companies. They all provided a little intro to their company, and then I was able to click on the company name to read a full profile, see their user rating and read reviews. There is also the function to look at similar jobs to your own and see which company they used and at what price. After emailing, via the AnyVan site, a few of the companies who quoted to confirm a few details (most of whom responded extremely quickly), I settled on one company. At that point all I needed to do was pay a deposit online (for about 30% of the job cost). Then I was sent a detailed job sheet with my inventory and the company's contact details as well as time/date of the removal. The company I used turned up early, were extremely professional and efficient, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use AnyVan for my next move, however big or small.
