I ordered a spiral bound photo book and it arrived with the pages in the wrong order, the fault was Snapfishes. However when I rang them, they were extremely rude to me and suggested that it was my fault and next time I should check properly! I asked for a refund and also sent a complaint email. I was furious when I received the reply, they asked me to say exactly what the problem was (can't really be any clearer than you've got the order of the photos wrong) and asked me to send a photograph as evidence. They didn't even apologise or mention the rude assistant. What an awful service.
