I ordered 10 First Class Stamps and I would write a more detailed review of the product I ordered on the 3/4/12 but i'm still waiting to see them.
I emailed them on 19/4/12 enquiring where my order could be as they are part of a present for a birthday on 27th and received a reply saying:

"We are very sorry to hear that you are still waiting for the stamps order,we been successful in delivering the order on time but unfortunately due to unforeseen reasons your stamps order is still in process and got delayed in production"

Huh???????????? Delivering my order in time???? Yet still in production?????
So I replied 20/4/12 asking when they would be with me as I needed them for the 27th to which they replied 23/4/12:

"we feel your order has been delayed or lost in the Post." which I may add has never happened here.

And now they say they will resubmit my order, lets hope they don't resubmit my payment too!! (which I may add went through in minutes!)

I will be back when/if they arrive with a review more centred on the quality of print.
