Rubbish customer service

Hi I've been a UK customer of photobox for over 14 years now. A number of weeks ago now I emailed and rang them as I wanted to download the pictures I'd stored there for my son's 18th birthday party. Despite several calls, emails and private messages on Twitter they couldn't help me as it's a service they no longer provide. It was a service provided when I started by somewhere during those 14 years they've stopped it and now are unable to help me. They ONLY solution was for me to download the pictures individually (341) OH and they software didn't work for most of last week. So they have spoilt that idea and now I still can't get the images. They have just rung me to say they can't help me. Basically tough luck to everyone who has images on there. Has anyone else experienced this and got any joy???
