The title says it all- this is not good enough and I'm not very pleased that someone else has probably received a mug with my photo on it!! Very disappointing as it was a father's day present which will not be here in time for father's day now. The only reason I have given 2 stars is because the lady I spoke to on customer services was helpful and did the best she could given the situation. This is my first experience of photobox and will be my last- I do not feel I can trust them not to send my photos to someone else!

Thank you for your feedback. My sincerest apologies for this error. It's one of those events that we feel really bad about on the rare occasions that it goes wrong like this as it involves personal pictures. Although I can assure you this is not the usual standard that we offer with our services, when it does happen I can understand the feelings you must be having.
