After taking a free trial and sending 1 fax i was bombarded by spam faxes, I tried to cancel the trial yet they continued to take money from my account - After numerous emails and threatening legal action i Finally got a telephone number and an address to serve court papers on

I hope this helps anyone having issues as they do not have any method on their site to allow you to cancel - Check out other review sites to see all the complaints about this company taking money from people after they have tried to cancel.

my advice is do not use this company no matter what they offer you.

I joined, what I hoped would be a straightforward, online fax service.

MyFax.com had had some reasonable reviews so I opted to join them. I am regretting it and am seriosuly considering terminating my service unless I get some radical improvement.

Unfortunately, this American company seems typical of a big beauracratic organisations where people are terribly polite...but nothing gets done.

I set up an account and over 24 hours, despite multiple calls to sales reps who all promised to raise tickets, my account was not (and has not at the time of writing) been enabled to actually work.

Talking to their clueless reps is torture enough...what is worse, however, is being told by their automated call machine that the wait time is 30 seconds when actually it goes on for 15 minutes.
