Implacable was good, but the last _ months it's gone bad, today it's totally off and I have credit of £15.
Th e red cheaper apps out there and much better quality of calls and customer service,
There policy or your credit expires very quickly so you lose your money,
Rynga does not have this policy.

These are fictitious company that lie.One price shown and then you take quite different. After a week you raise the price 200% and don tell anything. I call Bulgaria- land today. Your price show 0.074C You take from my account for 1 min and 20 sec.-0.50cents.This is robbery.I spend 1 hour with man who try to tell me all different rates,,,,,,,,,I want my money back and don't lie any more people! I have pictures from you rate in internet and the phone with i talk in Bulgaria.STOP lie !

High Call Rate
They are always increasing their call rate for Bangladesh and some other countries. It was 2c/min for Bangladesh. Now it has raised to 5c/min. Ridiculous!!!! TTAG is taking 2.2c/min. I left simple call for this reason.

They Scam People
I paid my £5.00 international calling credit using pay pal and I received email from pay pal that my payment has been successful but when I checked simplecall account it was showing that my balance is £0.00. I had to call customer service who credited my account which is annoying as I was trying to make an urgent call.
Before buying my credit as I'm a new customer I went to www.simplecall.com website and on the first page it asks you which country you want to call and for me it was MALAWI and it showed that it costs 10pence per minute with no hidden charges and with £5.00 I was expecting 50 minutes but I only spoke 21 minutes and my credit was finished. I called customer services and the person I spoke to seems like he was looking at a different website than I was looking at as he told me that on their website it says MALAWI is 18p per minute plus VAT and he cannot refund my money. DONT USE SIMPLE CALL they will just take your money

Charged Me Twice, Arrogant And Rude Customer Support Team.
I have topped up £10 today once around 12 pm. My account showed no balance but it said that somebody would contact me soon. While I waited 10 minutes nobody called. So I got confused whether the payment has gone through. Therefore I tried paying again as I needed to make an urgent call. It again showed the same message on my account.
I tried chatting with a simple call colleague but he was nothing but useless. He spoke to me in a very arrogant manner. He did not want to listen to anything I said and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain. He told me he can update the £20 now or it will take three weeks for him to give me a refund of the extra £10 I did not want to update. When later I asked why it will take three weeks he was giving me some irrelevant answers and later on he told me it will take at least 7 days for him to refund me. He was confusing me very much. I explained to him I am an existing customer and this has never happened before so it is not really my fault that I got charged twice because you failed to update your system. He did not have answer to that question and kept mentioning my history of how many time I used simple call for the past years!
They later on got back to me and refunded me with a £10. They apologised for the previous service and gave me a complimentary credit of £10. Everyone makes mistake, but how many people actually try to make it right?
To summarise, I appreciate what they have done to make things right and they proved that they value their customers with respect and integrity.

The Name Is Cheating
The name SIMPLE is cheating. The quality of the signal is horrible though i have 100 m speed, very often I was charged though nobody answered my call, very often SIMPLE CALL for days would say that the dialed number was engaged, though the same number would answer if i called using my regular phone. I informed the SIMPLE CALL support, they answered that according to them everything was fine ... that was all the support ...
