We got with virgin in December with which we thought was a wicked package for two rooms, now since Decemeber we haven't had one correct bill come out we have called more than 5 times explaining we need the correct bill, they have cut us off three times and when we spoke to a manager she assured us this will be resolved and when the problem wasn't sorted we called back through to be told we are not telling the truth and that the call recording are only used for their use. The bills keep coming through over £200 for one month??? The box in upstairs bedroom freeZes all the time making you get up to turn off and on again at wall which gets annoying when it's every 5 mins. They told us they would do an update on the box and it's still doing the same. I wish I went to sky even though the costs are slightly high! I hate being with virgin and I hope nobody experiences this!!!!
