I don't usually write reviews about companies but after 6 years or so with this lot since they took over NTL I am now fed-up of the ever condescending nature of their customer service people, my latest dis-pleasure was a girl from their stratford apon avon centre who obviously has no idea of customer relations, she does know however how to be rude, dis-courteous, condescending, arrogant and numerous other adjectives I could use to describe her. Her attitude stank and the tone she used to talk to me was terrible and un-professional.
As virgin seem to be getting worse and worse how they treat their existing customers it`s time to leave them and not give them hassle of talking to old customers, they clearly just want new business.
