Avoid Virgin Media Services at all costs. Their customer services are dire, the information they give out is misleading and virgin media operatives contradict each other and give out false information, we had a 24 month contract originally and moved home during this time when doing so virgin without advising us then renewed the contract to a new 12 month contract and have advised that to disconnect there is a fee. Their services recently have been worse than usual, no phone line for 6 days in September. AVOID AVOID AVOID - one of the worst providers of media services ever encountered and customer services are non-existent
