Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Have today telephoned the P.O. telephone fault line on behalf of a 91 year old (hard of hearing) lady who lives alone.
Her telephone has been completely dead for three days which also means that her 'linkline' emergency service will not work. She has this because she has had several falls and she is housebound.
Despite explaining to the fault line operator that this lady now has no link with the outside world at all he was most unhelpful and said they could not repair the fault until September.
I told him this was unacceptable under the circumstances and asked to speak to a Supervisor. After listening to music playing for several minutes, he came back on the line and said the Supervisor would not speak to me as I was not the authorised account holder and that the lady would have to 'phone herself.
What a disgusting attitude !!

Exactly the same thing has happened to me on behalf of my 88 year old mum.I don't know what to do for the best
