Really appalling service. We have daily issues with Broadband cutting out and have reported it on three previous occasions in the last few months. The customer services operators maintain there isn't a problem with our line and on our insistence claimed they would send out an engineer but we have heard nothing more from them. We have had operators claim to be performing tests on the line but have actually hung up on us!
The local exchange was upgraded some time ago so why are we still experiencing problems?
I am frustrated by how uninterested this company is in resolving customer difficulties and would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone else.
