I tried to call relatives in Russia the other day and I thought I would try out BubbleCall since they seemed like a nice company who offered good prices for quality calls. In fact it was quite the opposite, not only did I have to fork out a price which was really expensive, however when I called up and told them that I was not happy with the service provided they simply brushed me off as if a spec of dust. Terrible customer service and definitely not someone that I would recommend to even my worst enemy. Definitely a company to avoid as there are plenty of other great companies out there that offer the a higher quality service for a lower price, I mean what more could you want? Somewhere which is cheaper and gives a better quality of service. You also have to note that you have no chance of a refund at all, after a lengthy conversation, over the phone, with them I finally submitted to them as they simply are the most unreasonable people to deal with.
