I have had issues with Alternative Networks going back years. I had written a review previously which I agreed to take down when they eventually resolved it. However since then I have just had more and more issues so I feel compelled to warn people again what a poor company this is. Take for example the fact that they agreed in August 2013 to credit our account for overcharges they made. Did they give us this credit in August 2013 when agreed? September 2013? October 2013? November 2013? No. We actually got the credit in February 2014 after months of chasing. Then in the same month they caused another issue. They tried to apply minimum call charges for inbound numbers. These were charges that were not agreed and yet they attempted to charge them. More months messing around before they eventually agreed that they shouldn't have charged them. We have now left them but even then they are trying to charge early termination charges that we are contesting. I could list all the issues we have had over the years but suffice to say that they make mistakes and then fight for months and months to try and prove that they haven't made a mistake. Then when they eventually do own up it takes ages to actually get what you are due to be returned to you. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.
